People think it's important

This is the thing.  People are influenced enough by men that they seem to know everyone around them.

These are the men who go to a bar or a coffee shop and are recognized by the immediate staff.  Men who know their names and establish real relationships.  It's admirable and refreshing, especially in this age of smartphones and social media.

You want to be the person who values   personal connections more than their Twitter or Facebook feeds.  Why?  Because it makes others feel more important, as if you are not the only person who has his own exclusive circle.  If women see that you get this kind of recognition in public, they will see it as proof that you are a great person.  And who wouldn't want that on the first impression?


Eat healthy

Everybody wants to be healthy.  But the stark reality is that you can't buy health without a prescription.  You can achieve that healthy body by eating right.  Here are some guidelines to follow:

Find a diet that works for you and your lifestyle (and no one else's).

Always record and pay attention to what goes into your stomach.  Determine which foods work for or against your health goals.

  • Avoid eating food that comes in through your car window (you know what I mean).
  • Cook your own meals.
  • Shop in the aisle outside the grocery store.
  • Always read the ingredients.  If there is an ingredient in an ingredient that you can't pronounce, don't eat it.
  • Eat small, controlled amounts of sweets.
  • Drink plenty of water.  If desired, choose water with iced tea or soda.


Take care of your teeth

Your teeth are an underrated resource.  Make them a priority.  This means brushing after meals (or at least using rinse during lunch), brushing in circular motions, and mouthwash.

Do you brush unevenly or lazily?  Electric toothbrushes can be a good investment for you.  An ounce of stamina per ounce is worth curing.

Although this is not a daily habit, seeing your dentist becomes more important as you age.  Do this at least every six months.  This is not just for cleaning and polishing, but also for testing your dental sealants.  (If you haven't installed the sealant yet, now is the time)) Don't worry too much about the cost of dental procedures.  Money spent is more than just showing a big smile every day.


Practice

 I don't know your morning habits.  From personal experience, 30 minutes to an hour of exercise in the morning is a huge plus.  It goes hand in hand with healthy eating.

 If you spend the morning away from physical activity, the endorphins produced will surprise you for the rest of the day.  You will become more alert, stronger and have a better attitude about your work and more.  Regular practice allows you to look and feel more attractive.


Get enough rest

The person who said "sleep is for the weak" clearly does not understand the human body.  This is a machine.  You need to recharge from time to time.  Be consistent with when you hit the bag.  Our bodies like to have a rhythm on the list of rest and activity times.

Getting enough rest will keep you from feeling overwhelmed by stress.  Instead of a big bag of eyes or fatigue or anxiety, you will spend your days with a relaxed and positive mindset.  Then it will have a positive effect on your aura and body language wherever you go.  And women certainly prefer laid-back guys to stressed-out guys.


Practice good eye contact

This one can be difficult.  The rudeness of not looking people in the eye (especially during conversations), making it too long or too long makes others think you are a psychologist.

Determine how well eye contact works for you.  A large part depends on your situation and culture.  Men tend to initiate eye contact in romantic settings, while women tend to use peripheral vision more when controlling a man.  Really attractive women don't give up as much as they make eye contact.

If you look a woman in the eye for too long, you can make her uncomfortable with you.  Watch out for specific signs:

  1. Will she quickly look at her once she makes eye contact?
  2. Did she watch you for a few seconds before turning her head?
  3. Does she really smile when you look into her eyes?


Build shoulders

Studies have shown that men become 12% more attractive after wearing separate T-shirts.  Why?  They create a strong chest and a well-formed Mayan shoulder.

Add some tailored sports blazers or jackets to your casual wardrobe, as well as casual buttons with chest pockets.  Look at the built and masculine look you may think of in the gym later, as your dress allows a woman to see you for the first time.
