 A healthy lifestyle can give you prosperity throughout your life. But creating healthy choices is not always easy. Look up the time and strength to exercise regularly or prepare healthy meals can be tough. However, your efforts will suffer in a variety of ways and throughout your life.



Advice on staying healthy-

Steps you can take:-

  1. Remain physically abuzz for 30 minutes most days of the week. When pressed for a time, divide it into three sessions of 10 minutes. Healthy   behavior may include walking, sports, dancing, yoga, running, or other programme  you pleasure.
  2. Eat a balanced diet, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Be fond of a diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol and moderate in salt, sugar, and total fat.
  3. Keep in from excoriation by wearing seatbelts and bike helmets, using smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at home, and using street smarts when walking alone. If you have a gun, identify the hazard of having a gun in your home. Always use safety caution.
  4. Make a commitment, set a date, and stick to it. Sticking to the “don’t drag”system can help. Whenever you find yourself in trouble, say to yourself,” I don’t have a single pull,” and hold on to it until the desire is overcome. Smoking is the conduct cause of death.  If you drink alcohol, drink moderately. Never drink before driving and also getting pregnant     
  5. Help prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV /AIDS by using condoms every time you have sex. Condoms are not 100 percent intelligent, so discuss STI screening with your supplier. Birth control methods without condoms, such as pills and implants, will not protect you from STIs OR HIV.
  6. Brush your teeth after a meal with a soft or medium brushed toothbrush. Brush after drinking and before going to the couch. Use dental floss every day.
  7. Stay away from the sun, especially from 10 am to 3 pm. When the sun's harmful rays are most influential . You are not protected if it is cloudy or in the water –evil rays go through both. Use a wide spectrum sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF)of 15 or more that protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Select sunglasses that block 99 to 100 percent of the sun's cord.


And the most important thing to keep your health well is-

Keep in touch with family and friends. Stay attached to your community. Maintain an equitable attitude and do things that make you happy. Keep your interest alive. Lifelong learning is good for your health. Healthy closeness takes all forms always free of violence.
